"The song is basically about nightmares, but in particular about a disease called 'pavor nocturnis'.

It was a song written during a lockdown afternoon in 2020, so it's one of the most recent on the record.

When we actually recorded it, I said to Spread 'this solos needs A LOT of divebombs!', which I'm glad he did!" - Giov
